I was just brought to the awareness that if you are registered as Independent in the state of CT (and some other states as well), you cannot vote for a democratic candidate- you can only vote for your party.
Having almost registered as Independent, and knowing many who have done so thinking it was a flexible position to be in, I worry that many of them will wish to vote for Obama and find out only at the ballot that thy cannot vote.
Are you doing anything to make voters aware of this?
