Statewide Steering Committee Meeting June 27th Wednesday

On June 27th, we will have a statewide meeting to put in place a statewide steering committee for our grass roots efforts. Everyone is welcome to attend. While we most definitely want to preserve the autonomy of each group, we want to join together so that we can pool our resources when the need arises.

We will be meeting from 7 to 8PM at the Afro-American Cultural Center at Yale at 211 Park Street, New Haven CT. There will be presentations given by various individuals to let you know what is already being worked on. We will then have an overview of putting all the pieces together followed by a breakout session, allowing individual committees to discuss their interestes and the next step.
